Vimeria Creator Promo — Official Rules & Terms

1. General Information & Promoter

The promoter of this campaign (the “Promoter”) is ONGROUP Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Chrobrego 35, 62-200 Gniezno, Poland, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 7842518652. By participating in this promotional program, you agree to these Official Rules & Terms.

2. Duration of the Promotion

This promotion is valid starting from June 25, 2026, until cancelled by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion for valid business, legal, or operational reasons. Any termination or significant modification will be announced on the Vimeria website or via email with at least 7 days’ prior notice. Changes or termination will not affect the rights to rewards already acquired by users prior to the end of the notice period.

3. Eligibility & Geographic Restrictions

This promotion is structured as a creator bounty/reward program. It is open only to active users of the Vimeria app who have made a valid in-app purchase or subscription. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to participate.

This campaign is restricted to audiences and users located in high-tier marketing regions. Eligible countries include the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Switzerland, Norway, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and all member states of the European Union (EU).

4. FTC Disclosures & Content Guidelines (US & Global Compliance)

In compliance with the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and consumer protection laws globally, any video submitted for this promotion must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Vimeria. You must include clear disclosure tags such as #ad, #sponsored, or #vimeriapartner in the video description or visually on-screen. Failure to properly disclose this relationship may result in disqualification from the promotion.

5. View Authenticity & Mandatory Proof (No Bots)

All views must be 100% genuine and organic. We actively audit submissions. To verify the authenticity of your traffic, you must provide unedited screenshots or screen recordings of your video’s detailed analytics (Creator Insights / Analytics) from TikTok or Instagram. These proofs must clearly show the traffic sources (e.g., For You Page, Direct Link), average watch time, and top audience locations. Views generated primarily from non-eligible regions, or any use of view-botting, paid traffic, engagement pods, automated scripts, or artificial inflation will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any pending rewards, and a permanent ban from future promotions.

6. Reward Payouts, Tiers & Taxes

Due to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies, we cannot issue direct partial refunds to your original payment method. Therefore, all payouts under this promotion will be processed exclusively via PayPal in USD. Rewards do not stack; you will receive the payout for the highest tier your video has reached at the time of your claim.

Tier 1 (10,000 views): Reward equal to 50% of your current Vimeria subscription or purchase fee.
Tier 2 (30,000 views): Reward equal to 100% of your current Vimeria subscription or purchase fee.
Tier 3 (100,000 views): $50 USD flat cash bonus.
Tier 4 (300,000 views): $100 USD flat cash bonus.

Taxes: Participants are solely responsible for declaring and paying any local, state, or federal taxes applicable to the rewards. Users residing in the United States acknowledge that if their total payouts equal or exceed $600 USD in a calendar year, they may be required to provide a completed W-9 form for IRS tax reporting purposes.

7. Content Rights & Intellectual Property

By submitting your video for a reward, you grant ONGROUP Sp. z o.o. a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license to use, repost, share, and utilize your video for Vimeria’s marketing and promotional purposes. To comply with specific intellectual property laws, this license explicitly covers the following fields of exploitation (pola eksploatacji): recording, reproducing by any digital techniques, entering into computer memory, and making the work available to the public in such a way that everyone can have access to it from a place and at a time individually chosen by them. Specifically, this includes the right to publish and repost the video on the Promoter’s own official social media profiles, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, as well as on websites and within digital advertisements.

8. Claim Limits & Complaints Procedure

A user can claim this reward only once per billing cycle per specific video. Any complaints regarding the promotion, reward claims, or account issues should be submitted to contact@vimeria.ai. The Promoter will review and respond to all complaints within 14 days of receipt.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ONGROUP Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your participation in this promotion or inability to access the platforms (TikTok/Instagram) where the content is hosted.

The Data Controller for any personal data processed for the purpose of this promotion is ONGROUP Sp. z o.o. Your data (such as email, PayPal address, analytics screenshots) will be processed solely to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, distribute rewards, and handle complaints, based on the necessity to perform these Rules. 11. Governing Law

These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. However, if you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence (including applicable EU or US state laws).
